Altered States is a body of teachings, practices, and transmissions devoted to helping individuals cultivate a deeper relationship with their heart, intuition, dreams, and soul. Through dreamwork, coaching, integration, and spiritual practice, people learn how to access greater awareness, transform limiting patterns, and live from more loving and empowering states of being.
Dreams provide one of the most direct pathways to self-knowledge. Every night, deeper aspects of awareness communicate through symbols, emotions, imagery, and experience. By learning to remember and understand dreams, individuals gain access to valuable insight, guidance, creativity, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives.
The work of Altered States is rooted in a simple yet profound realization: when we change the way we see life, our experience of life changes. As awareness expands, new possibilities become visible. Greater peace, clarity, intuition, purpose, and love become available.
Through dreamwork, reflection, coaching, integration practices, and conscious living, individuals learn to transform limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and perspectives that no longer serve them. They strengthen their connection with their own inner guidance and discover that the wisdom they have been seeking has been present within them all along.
The purpose of this work is not to become someone else. It is to remember who you are and cultivate a conscious relationship with the deepest source of wisdom available to you. It is to awaken within the dream of life.
