What if you realized you had a super power and were able to know with certainty, the answers to the deepest questions you have, and how to get from where you are to where you want to be? What if you could enter into an entirely new world in your dreams every night which is just as real as when you are awake during the day? And, what if you could use this gift to learn in night school every night, to heal chronic disease, transform suffering, and create the desires of your heart and soul with ease? Well... there is. This is our natural, pure human state of being. Unfortunately, most people have lost touch with it. The transmissions provided in Altered States offer a pathway of return, to true knowing, mysticism, and love beyond imagination.

As a dream informed coach, teacher, and shamanic practitioner, I listen, and help others to hear and follow the voice of their soul which speaks to them when their mind is still. I meet people where they are and help them know, transform, and love themselves and their lives through the power of dreams and other tools. Once the consciousness of their third eye is opened and night school comes online, they first begin to see what is hidden within their subconscious mind which requires transformation. Over time by following the guidance in the Altered States transmissions, coaching sessions, and by using tools such as dreamwork, shadow work, meditation and breathwork, they learn to transform trauma, limiting beliefs, energy, mindset, and perspective to the extent that they see and experience their past in an entirely new way that no longer feels bad. They transform their state of being and live more in the present moment, they balance their masculine and feminine energy and bring coherence to their heart and head. This all helps calm their nervous system, mind, and breath so that kundalini energy can flow through their nervous system and activate higher states of perception, their divine guidance system, and a way of knowing that they can absolutely trust. They learn to follow their true guidance vs. the temptations of the ego, and come to know that in this world of make believe, when we change the way we see the world, the world we see changes. Altered States practices cultivate a deep connection with one's body, mind, and soul so one can know the truth, and love, joy, and peace as their new normal states of being. This allows insight and creation to flow through them in a way that for most people can only be described as magic.
